Koozh (Kool) Vadam is a beloved South Indian specialty prepared using a unique fermented rice and sago mixture. This traditional recipe is sun-dried naturally to lock in the authentic homemade taste and texture. When fried, the vadams puff up beautifully, turning light, crisp, and delicious.
The mild tangy flavor from the fermented batter gives Koozh Vadam its signature taste, making it a nostalgic favorite in Tamil households. Free from artificial colors and preservatives, it embodies the essence of traditional cooking — simple, pure, and wholesome.
Whether served as a crunchy side dish with meals or enjoyed as an evening snack, Koozh Vadam delivers the perfect balance of flavor, crunch, and tradition in every bite.
