Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with QP Shop. We aim to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

 You may return an item if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

 We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable items (e.g., snacks, spices, teas, foods)

  • Personal care items (e.g., soaps, oils, cosmetics)

  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

  • Any product returned after 14 days of delivery

All returns must be pre-approved. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at [care@quikpakr.com] with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Our support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide the return address and instructions.

  3. Ship the item to our warehouse in [India] using a trackable service.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue store credit or allow you to choose a replacement item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • For all other cases, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  • We will prioritize your case and arrange a return or replacement

5. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return the original product (if eligible), and we’ll issue store credit which can be used to place a new order.

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided it hasn’t been shipped.
