Omapodi Vadam is a traditional South Indian specialty known for its distinctive taste and texture. Made from rice flour, sago, and aromatic ajwain (omam), this vadam is carefully sun-dried to preserve its authentic homemade flavor. Once deep-fried, it turns crispy and golden, making it a delightful accompaniment to rice varieties like sambar rice, curd rice, or rasam rice.
Each bite of Omapodi Vadam carries the warm aroma of ajwain, known for its digestive benefits and rich traditional value. Made without any artificial colors or preservatives, this snack captures the essence of South Indian kitchens — pure, tasty, and wholesome.
Whether served during festive feasts or enjoyed as an everyday crunch, Omapodi Vadam brings nostalgic flavor straight from tradition to your table.
